Per trade, single-division estimate. Multi-division and full-scope projects are quoted after we've seen your plans.
Project size
Larger projects mean more line items, which is priced into the estimate fee — not a flat per-project rate.
Number of divisions
A single-trade estimate costs less than a full 24-division takeoff for the same square footage.
Turnaround speed
Standard turnaround is included in the base quote; rush requests ahead of an imminent bid date may carry a premium.
File quality
Clean, complete plan sets are faster to take off than incomplete or low-resolution scans.
