TRADE ESTIMATING

Concrete Estimating

Formwork, rebar, and concrete volume takeoffs built to match how concrete contractors actually price a job.

What We Take Off

  • Concrete volume by pour (footings, slabs, walls)
  • Formwork square footage
  • Reinforcing steel by size and weight
  • Finishing and curing scope
  • Precast component counts
2D & 3D Drawing Support

Works from whatever plans you have

Traditional 2D CAD drawings and PDF plan sets, or 3D BIM models — concrete quantities are taken off directly from your source files, cross-checked against the model where one exists, and delivered in the same itemized format either way.

Need the drawings themselves, not just a takeoff from them? See Drawing & Engineering Services.

What We Watch For

Where concrete estimates commonly go wrong

Formwork is priced by contact area, not concrete volume — a common takeoff error is pricing formwork off the same number used for the pour itself, which understates labor on anything with complex geometry.
